Return Policy

By using THENEWSEOUL's return and refund services, you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure clarity regarding our return and exchange for customers within the United States.

30-day return policy

At THENEWSEOUL, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Condition for the Return

  • 30 days return policy
  • Refund issued within 7 days
  • Restocking fee - 20% of the product price
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including all attachments such as tags, boxes, & dust bags, along with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn, washed, or have any traces of use.

Procedure for Returns 

To start a return, please send an email to contact@thenewseoul.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. We will also send you the return shipping label for you to download and print. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the package is returned safely. 

Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Lost or damaged items

If an item is damaged, faulty, or missing during shipping, please contact our customer service team at contact@thenewseoul.com within 48 hours for help. We may seek photographic documentation of the damage or defect for evaluation reasons.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for products that are damaged, incorrectly sized, or faulty. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@thenewseoul.com or +82-10-7401-4333.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation

We do not accept order cancellations after delivery. If you want to cancel, inform us within 3-4 hours after placing your order.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return. You will be informed whether your refund request has been accepted. If accepted, you will be reimbursed using your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@thenewseoul.com.
