How long does it take to receive my order?
The delivery time to countries within the EU is 1-3 business days and 5-7 business days for countries outside the EU.
All orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours from the date of purchase.
Please note that shipping delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or public holidays.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide shipping with DHL. We utilize reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

Can I return or exchange items?
The fastest way to exchange and ensure our customers get what they want is to return the item first, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
At THENEWSEOUL, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
How often do you release new collections?
We receive weekly new updates on the inventory with roughly 300-400 products that are uploaded on our website. We work towards new partnerships with the most popular brands.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order has already left our warehouse, you will have to wait for the parcel to be delivered, and then you can return it to us. Once the return is received, the order will be refunded, and you can place a new order.
If the order status is "Processing" please feel free to contact us at contact@thenewseoul.com to cancel the order and have it refunded.

Returns shipped after the 14-days will not be accepted and shipped back to the original dispatch address. Please initiate any return requests within 14 days to ensure smooth processing.
We will provide you with the return labels to the designated warehouses. In order to ensure smooth and efficient returns, we want to make sure you are aware of the correct return address for designated warehouse.
Please be extremely careful when returning products and ensure that you use the correct return address corresponding to the warehouse from which you received the items. Sending returns to an incorrect warehouse location will result in a 20% restocking fee, as it incurs additional handling and logistics costs.

How long does it take to process a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. However, If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@thenewseoul.com.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Debit at the dispatch of your order
- If your card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Your card will be debited when we dispatch your order.
- If your card transaction isn’t approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

Authenticity Assurance
- All of the products featured in our portfolio come with the assurance of authenticity and all items are genuine branded goods delivered in original boxes and with original tags.
- All of the products we have in our store are 100% authentic products. The products are purchased directly from the brands, licensees, or official authorized distributors. We personally verify the authenticity of the products, and every product comes with the original tag attached.
- The products are stored in the warehouses located across the globe. To emphasize, Michael Kors, Coach, and Torry Burch products are stored in the warehouses in Minnesota and Florida, USA, the sunglasses and watches are stored in Germany. The products from D&G, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, and a few other brands are stored in Jonkoping, Sweden, while most of the other Italian brands are stored in the warehouse in Italy.
